Return/ Refund Policy

All sales are final — returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. With that being said, please make sure to read item descriptions before placing an order, and pay attention to the sizing, measurements, and specifications in the items’ descriptions.

If you have any questions regarding a specific garment in our shop, please contact us through Instagram DM @reduce.reuse.refashion before placing an order. We will respond quick to any inquiries.

If a mistake has been made and you are send the wrong item(s), item is damaged, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us via email or Instagram DM’s within 3 days of delivery & we will solve it on a case-to-case basis.
